Privacy Policy
Toolinix is built to be simple and privacy-friendly. We don’t require accounts and we avoid collecting unnecessary data.
Toolinix does not require registration, user profiles, or passwords.
Many tools process input directly in the browser without needing a server request.
Network and domain tools may send the queried domain, URL, or IP to our server so the lookup can be performed.
Non-essential cookies and personalized advertising depend on consent where required.
How tool processing works
Toolinix contains both browser-only utilities and diagnostic lookup tools. The privacy behavior depends on what the tool must do to produce a useful result.
Formatters, encoders, generators, text tools, and many converters are designed to process input locally in your browser.
DNS, WHOIS, SSL, redirect, and similar diagnostics may send the submitted domain, URL, or IP to our server or public endpoints.
Avoid pasting production secrets, private keys, real customer records, or sensitive credentials into any online tool.
- Basic server logs (IP address, user-agent, request path) for security and debugging.
- Anonymous usage metrics only if analytics is enabled, kept minimal.
If we use third-party services (analytics, hosting, error tracking), we choose privacy-respecting providers and keep configuration minimal.
- You can use Toolinix without creating an account.
- You can reject non-essential cookies in the cookie banner.
- You can avoid pasting sensitive production secrets into online tools.
- You can contact us with privacy questions or correction requests.
- We don’t collect names, emails, or passwords because we don’t have user accounts.
- We don’t sell personal data.
Text you paste into tools (JSON/Base64/etc.) is processed to produce results. We don’t aim to store tool inputs; any temporary processing should be short-lived.
Do not paste production secrets, private keys, passwords, access tokens, confidential customer data, or regulated data unless you have reviewed the tool behavior and your own security requirements.
We may use essential cookies for language preference and security. When Google AdSense or other Google advertising services are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve ads, measure performance, and help personalize ads where permitted by law. Third parties may place and read cookies in your browser as a result of ad serving on this site. Learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Operational logs, if collected, are retained only as long as necessary for security and reliability, then deleted.
